Diet Tips 1

These are some of the diet tips I’ve learned from other experts as well as from my own experience in exercising weight loss programs. Feel free to add your diet tips in the comments section. Here we go: -

• Reduce the amount of bread, chips and other salty products in your food. Heavy intake of salt and starch is bad for your health, but what many people don’t know is that salty and starchy food increases your desire to eat and drink further.
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to detoxify your body. A minimum of 8 glasses per day must be supplied to your body.
• Try not to rush through your meals. When you eat, do not eat fast as you do not give the body the chance to understand that it is full. Thus, even though you are full, your craving for food remains unsatisfied. Also, try to avoid entertaining yourself during your meals. Avoid watching television; instead concentrate on the food you eat.
• Instead of eating a lot at one time, try to distribute your meals throughout the day. Instead of two heavy meals, opt for four light meals with the same content. This will allow you to control your craving for food and also keep your metabolic rate to a higher level.
